The opportunity is there to join the Australian community. I wouldn't say that we ARE the Australian community, but I'd say that we are a big part of it. We manage the representative teams of Australia, we're active in the Global English forums, helping out other young managers who wish it. I remember a few seasons ago I wasn't too active until I found the off-site forums and got mentoring from our very own Direwolf, that paired with joining the fishbowl and Kevin helping out my team.
Bainsy was in the same boat as me after spending 5 seasons in Division IV before getting some help and getting out
I'm trying to get more managers involved in the U21 team by posting match analysis' after the games to get some discussion and people interested. Hopefully it all goes well, but ultimately they'd have more of an impact if they were on the off-site.
