I'm not sure what shot blocking really does? Does it lower opponents FG%, or just create blocked shots?

I'm pretty sure it gives another chance to lower FG%. First defense gives you a chance to force a bad shot, then shot block gives a chance to block any shot, good or bad. But that's just speculation on my part.

SB is almost worthless. I've been playing this game since season 5 and still have my first draft pick (steven moore) on my team. I spent a season with a couple guys who were great like 16 or 17 sb and it made very little difference.
Also, the question was in regards to guards so you would want the inside def and rebounds and shooting to be better than the person who they are covering or covering them. It would be an extremely well rounded player with one minor flaw and given the size of the guard, probably not a big deal anyway.
So I will stick with my first answer #1 9/9/9/3.

Yeah I could have timed it different, but whats the difference? play game 2 to win? i would rather be sure they sold than accidentally have them up for sale on sunday, they dont sell and get stuck paying their salary one more week.
