I think training JR to strong is a good idea.

JR is one of the slowest skills to train like OD so you need to train it when the guy is young. JR is vital when it comes to shooting also, you need both JS and JR.

Also passing tends to be a fast skill to get a pop in. Passing can be easily trained when the guy is 21 unlike JR where it would be hard to get a pop cause of age and training speed.

I'm not saying don't train passing as i think it is vital and is one of the best skill in my trainees. When he is young though it is a good idea to train those skills that are slow to get a pop like OD and JR.

Nice balanced player you have. OD needs to be trained, might be a little late but some pops wont hurt.

I'm guessing he is a PF or an inside SF so in that case ID training, reb and IS. SB will go up as a secondary.

As for when you train guard skills maybe some one on one, OD and JR training. Remember to give him some passing but that can wait till later.

Is going to make a killer PF for your team. Well done so far!

Yeah i would say inside skills don't need to be trained, too late and skills are too low. Just keep him balanced in guard skills, driving doesn't need to pop as it is high enough. Some passing and shooting would be great for him. Get OD up 1 or 2 and then he would be great.

Not sure about the softcap.

Idevaldo Canindé

Age: 19
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: star

Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: prolific
Rebounding: tremendous Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious

Have been training since the later half of last season. I am thinking of traininf a little more ID and IS (to sensational, maybe) and then secondaries, altough I may have to sell him to keep fiscal resposnsability.
What do you guys think?
