The 2/1 draft was incredibly good. I scouted every 18 year old and there were a bunch of high skill and high potential guys.

Not for bigs it wasn't. It was abysmal. Yet again.

Lord, I won't say anything else. There is a special reason you belong to my favos beyound the japanese community... Your team is mostly filled with japanese player. Just what I want to do, too. Sure, there is need to stock the squad with a couple of gaijins, but it would be great to see more teams like you...

The method of learning Japanese recommended by experts is to be born as a Japanese baby and raised by a Japanese family, in Japan. And even then it is not easy...

Brilliant response thanks. I will try to do some 1on1 F any time there are 2 game weeks but for now I do have some issues with so many trainees and needing to give some OD training. "The Shinkansen" will be in my top 3 trainees for sure along with Kawagichi. Very exciting to now have 2 young superstars who I will eventually be able to make into JBBL standard players.

If I can really get him to this:
JS 15+ JR 13+
OD 18+ HA 16+
DR 16+ PA 11+
IS 10+ ID 10+
RB under 3 SB 6+

he should be able to even play against the mighty Sharman and do well, but I suspect my final build will be more passing and less JR.

I am really not that secretive. Here he is. You can see why I need to do OD training even though it will be very painful in the JBBL as he will get abused by his opponents. Still most weeks I will probably have one game I will have no chance in and I can throw him in there. Tough cup weeks will be tricky, maybe that will be 1on1 time.

If anyone is interested there is an 18 MVP for sale right now. Could be the future NT player we have all dreamed of.
