youtube it after you are done. I am really surprised by extra effort used by GM. Fully expected you to tank so you can actually take control over minutes in a scrimmage with last minute transfers for that. Good job, the first game went about as well as it could for you

Yep. I think I stretched that idiom too far though. I'd eat a hat, with a fork and knife, but I'm not sure about a baseball bat. Maybe a mini novelty one, blended extremely fine.

Looking forward to the eating of the hat, but would have better if you didn't have to. You really outplayed me and you deserved it. One hour before the game saturday I changed crunch time to normal...bad idea. Today one hour before the game i change from look inside and GDP of inside/fast to base, no predictions. So three 'great moves' and I open the door for the victory. You really had no business winning this but pulled it off and 'hats off' to you....

True, true. Stajan did get me this time...season isn't all at a loss though. Beating you in that heartbreaker and hearing you whine about was quite the consolation.

Hurt at the time
thought it would cost me relegation
but alas I too will live on another season in Naismith trying to hang on until it is my time

As much as I'd like to say I out-managed you, I really didn't. I just hit big time on a complete guess. I was actually set to inside ISO (guaranteed to not work) and outside/slow minutes before tipoff. I hated GDP before the game and I still hate it now. On principle, I'd prefer things like this to never happen. General randomness is fine but I hate GDP luck so much.

As far as general randomness/luck goes, looks like I benefit a bunch there too. I managed to dominate both 4th quarters in my wins with my 6 player roster and low stamina somehow. My FT% and FT advantage and low turnovers are also weird.

Feels dirty. I'm obviously happy I get to compete in B3, though. Totally unprepared for it but if I get to the knockout stage I will try to put together a great team.

Fascinating to me and maybe no one else...

In blank line-up, my pure PG played SG for the vast majority of tonight. This is different than yesterday's match with the exact same tactics and gameshape. Yesterday, my PG played roughly 41 mins PG and 3 mins SG, whereas tonight, he played roughly 36 mins SG and 11 mins PG. The player he exchanged minutes with is not a comparable guard but instead more of a SF.

Wonder why and how the game engine did that. That us abnormal, right?

The position playing question in blank lineup has been brought up a few times this season
have a look at the U21 Forum
I'm sure it cost me a shot at a championship in Utopia
Glad it'll be gone after this season
should always have had to put in something
Once again Congrats
