Doctors help reduce the severity of player injuries. Once a player is injured, a Doctor will also help him heal more quickly, but the effect is much smaller than the initial reduction in severity. Doctors can have the following specialties:

My Doctor's specialty is "Gynecology".

He keeps my team from impregnating the entire crowd...

The entire team is pretty much the result of female progeny from Wilt Chamberlein and Ke$ha having lovechildren with Antonio Cromartie.

Hey if they impregnate the crowd you might get more money from arena tickets ;). I'd tell them to focus more on not impregnating the cheerleaders because nobody got time to look at fat prego cheerleaders.

Child support yo. These guys are still in D5. 3k a week salary isn't going to take care of 10 kids.

I've believe that the "physicality" tribute is an actual fact, certian players are just more foul prone than others, I do not know if this means that they are more likely to injure another player though. My first draft pick ever suffered from the "foul more often" attribute leading me to eventually trade him, but I don't believe that he injured players more often.

Well players only get hurt on fouls during the game. Reason to believe more fouls increases the likelihood of an injury.

Spot on, Yuck. And this alone is a peculiar part of the injury situation. It would seem that injuries might typically occur in some other fashion—and incorporating that in the GE would be more realistic. Of course, this would have to be coupled with fewer injuries taking place on fouls.

It would make sense if they occurred in other ways, but of course that would involve BB making sense and, well, yeah. I had a fun time a few seasons back with a particular player who was a notorious fouler as well, and who picked up four injuries in one season along with four foul outs. Luckily, I think two of the injuries were for that game only (one might have even seen the taping injuries specialty work), but the stretch where he came back from a 2 week injury just in time for a scrimmage where I played him to try to recover his GS, only to see him injured for another couple of weeks, those were glorious days. Needless to say, he's a former player of mine. ;)
