Well, seems like its a totally random event. Played blank entire season both with team and NT and hasnt happened once. Oh well, I guess nothing can be done about it now. Anyway, problem will dissapear next season once the option is no longer available.

They won't get trained unless the raining is set and they are in the lineup (not the case with draftees). Yes, you can save them by having them on U21 or NT roster when the team goes bot. Then they are automatically put on transfer list
