Never said it needed to be better...just mentioned some extra points. If Runyon is healthy I win by 20...and that would make me feel better about myself! lol Using 2-3 zone isn't necessarily a given either...some people swear it won't work. I think Michigan may be feeling that it wasn't the best move right about now as well. I'm confident that if he went M2M the game is closer and could have turned the other way. That's just my opinion though.

Like I said, great job and I enjoyed the read.

Well it looks like the MVP goes to Zybartis Kvecinskis in a close race with Ken Wilson. Donovan Runyon also finishes 3rd. My two horses were well deserving although I like Runyon better than Kvecinskis. Both stayed in good GS all season which definitely helped....didn't play them too many minutes and that usually hurts you in an MVP race, but it worked out.

I would take Wilson if I could afford his salary over either of my big men though...he is a BEAST.

Predictions

Tachenko vs VDs. Two different teams with two different goals in the beginning of the season will dispute the final. VDs is a outside team with an impressive defense and a superstart like Wilson. Tachenko is probably better rounded but it doesn't have an impressive defense and lacks the impact of a superstart that in a scenario like this can be crucial. VDs needs to win, get in the final and promote to Div. II if they want to keep their best players. Tachenko is still building a team and don't have that kind of pressure. VDs 80% Tachenko 20%

Rougher Nation vs Bobcats. Rougher Nation is an inside shooting team while Bobcats can play using the inside, the outside or both. The court advantage should be enough for the Bobcats to dominate game. However, Dogus is not gonna make it tonight and the Bobcats will have to find a replacement to get the job done. Bobcats 60% RN 40%

Recaps!

Ladies and gentlemen we have the winners! Congratulations to VDs and Bobcats!!!!

Tachenko vs VDs. Easy game for VDs. They have a hell of a defense and shut down Tachenko easily. Six VDs players scored over ten points and they dominated the rebounds. VDs decided to run and shot and it work just fine against the weak Tachenko outside defense. Tachenko big men tried but this time wasn't enough. VDs proved over the season and play offs that they have no rival. Let see what happens in the final. Tachenko 68 VDs 90

RN vs Bobcats. It was a big man battle!!!! RN put some impressive stats out there but the rebounds were the key in this game. The Bobcats knew how to close the deal basing their effort in a 2-3 defense that out rebounded RN. The Bobcats led the game during the first half but RN came back in the third quarter. However, the bobcats managed to keep ahead and win the game. RN 100 Bobcats 111.

You are right on with rebounds. I knew he would go inside with Dogus hurt, but I don't have good enough guard defense to play a 2-3. If I did I would have lost by 20 plus. Free throws were a big difference as well...11 points difference in fact. Hmmm interesting! ;)

Good game Bobcats...go get 'em in the finals!

thanks for the support but i'll probably lose in 2 games under VDS defense...haha
your team will be a big threat for sure if you add a guard or two around 30k. Probably no one can stop Runyon in this league in the near future!
