I guess it's wise to just wait until the team goes bankrupt. Even if he fires the trainer after friday, he'll have to pay him another 170k...he's already in debt by -150k, so it will me -320k...I guess it's waaaaaaay better if he just waits until the team goes bankrupt and start another team.
