The power forward I listed I would expect to take 8 seasons of training. So basically train every week 48 minutes until the player is 26. And with a level 5 with fitness specialty.

That's odd! Almost what Dell'Asta is gonna look like in a season or two, except Wondrous JS! and more OD!

My big man started with Inept OD, but now has enough OD to guard almost all guards except world class ones. It's definitely doable. He's my Lamar Odom.

And that's how you get those unmaintainable 500k salary monsters.

you mistake not training skills that train to long on big man with not training secondaries at all. My guy will be at least strong in everything except OD and JR, and at least prominent in JS when I am done with his secondaries. He will be far from one skilled monsters

My opinion for a very good PF based on the limit of 160k salary (something affordable for every div 1 teams)

Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: respectable
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: stupendous Inside Def.: marvelous
Rebounding: marvelous Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: respectable

I can live with lower OD too, and i can easily take an other on JS.

I think you are all ranking the passing a bit low. proficient or even a bit higher passing can be a nice addition to a PF. I think it'll even make his FG% go up since he can more easily decide to pass the ball instead of taking a difficult shot.

Also with the PF JohnnyB posted I'd rather have a bit higher driving and passing and a bit lower inside skills. Not sure about the low SB either, but that's a whole other discussion.
