(163832.12)>This message is a reply for you actually about additional factors.

Theres another factors which I just recall.
Elasticity
Elasticity means when the skills which is relevant to another skills and is way to high, the higher skills will be slower to get increment and the lower relevant will increase faster if you train the lower skills, one example of relevant skills is JS and JR, if JR is 6 level higher than JS, and if you train JR, JR will improve slower than JS if you train JS.

this is important to understand that you should be balanced when training. However, having a given, balanced end state, we understood as effect of some studies that whichever the training path you choose you'll reach almost the same state in the same time. In fact, if you unbalance skills and eventually you'll train lower, they will grow faster, and close the gap.

So, what is actually relevant is the end state.

They will remain unchange or experience a drop in stamina, and if they're 32 yrs old or above they might have a drop in skills.

You can choose to train them too by giving them training minutes instead of just the main trainee, just place them as backup for the position that you planned to train for the week before training update. But of course, you will get a not so good result for the main trainee if the main trainee did not receive full training minutes.

You can also have a multiple position training if you plan to train your whole team. Take a look at training minutes and number of position here or it is in the earlier post>(163832.10)

True, I just write out any factors that concern training, it could be an important information.
