Hello DSH,
Thank you very much for your question. Let's answer your questions in chronological order:
Did you already scout players from the draft?
Yes, I have scanned the entire draft of the Luxembourg league. Unfortunately, I realized that the very best prospects had been drafted by bots. One exception though, Gabriël Van Laethem
(19975993) who's been drafted by... Les Mangeurs de Rebonds [team= 207761] (lucky bastard).
Will you help us coaches, if we got one good player for the NT?
Because I got a 19 year old Hall of Fame Player three seasons ago, and I just started playing BB and nobody helped me how to train him...(15141022) He is now one of my essential players, but I know that he could have been MUCH better if somebody helped me out.
I consider helping the owners of Luxembourg players as one of the most important part of the job of U21 manager. Indeed, the aim of U21 managers is to help the Luxembourg nation to hit the highest possible spot in the world-ranking. In order to achieve this goal, we have to provide the managers of Luxembourg with the most reliable information when it comes to the training of our prospects.
As soon as I'll be elected (if ever the Luxembourg community would give me its confidence), I'll post a training-schedule for each spot on the National forum. That way, each and every owner of a Luxembourg player will have the opportunity to check out what are the requirement their players should hit in order to be called up to the U21 team. Moreover, I'll personally (or one of my staffmembers) follow the development of each of our prospects and provide the owners of those players with individual help if ever they'd need some further information.
Should I continue training Stéphane Rivat or should I start training (19976007)? Gunnar is my best draft of the season15 and he could be a good player, but he's 19 and there are maybe better Center drafts of season 15.
But otherwise, I wanted to train Stéphane to get him in the NT, but he's 22 and maybe it's too late to train him more.
Very hard question there... The thing is that Stéphane is very close from the NT requirements (you should contact Luxembourg's NT manager, malaken boss [team= 207765]; perhaps Stéphane could already join the NT). On the other hand he's quite tall to be trained further as a SG (the taller the player, the slower his training in outside skills). You could send me his skills so that I can give you some more detailed advice. Maybe you could focus on his inside skills and turn him into a SF, which could give you the opportunity to train him along with Gunnar. But, therefore, we need to make sure his inside skills, at this stage of his development, are not too low.
When it comes to Gunnar, he's tall. That's a very good point for a C. But, as you mentioned he's already 19 years old. Now, since Luxembourg has a very small community you could focus on training his inside skills (level 6-trainer + monposition-training would help you train him faster). Probably he'd though manage to hit the U21 requirements by the time he is 21 years old.
I hope I answered your questions,
Feel free to send me a BB-mail for more detailed information,
Mister Q
