I knew this would happen sooner or later so i switched him with the other lvl10-trainer a few weeks ago.

Last trainer that dropped from 9 to 8, (highest trainer at that time ) were all at the same time as well. So at that time i already figured they would decline at the same rate as the other ones. It would be more interesting if you can figure out if someone rehired a new coach right after the decline of the current trainer. And see if they drop at the same rate as the level x trainer you had before. So you know if they drop at a fixed rate.

For Example:
You got a level 10. After 2 months he drops to 9. Hire a new trainer the same week. Or you could just wait for another trainer of the same level and compare.
If he drops in about 2months, you can probably say that the decline is fixed.

You can do this for every level if someone is willing to use lower levels of Trainers. Maybe the lower divisions can fill the list up.

Just an idea.

Well, this is actually not necessarily true. The BBs already said that the drop on the staff levels are completely random. Therefore if you have a level 10 there is no point on switching to another level 10 because it is impossible to predict who will drop first.

Anyway, this system has been criticized pretty much since the start of BB, and the BBs promissed to completely re-do it, so we are still waiting...

no no.. I'm talking about "switching from one lvl 10 coach to another new lvl 10 coach in the hope that this new one will last longer with lvl 10". This is not true for the reason I explained.

The fact that we all have the same Allan Dubois and that all of them dropped to 9 is true and has also been confirmed by BBs a long time ago. The coaches offered in the Staff page are the same for everybody, and therefore they drop in the same week for eveybody aswell.

But what I was saying before is that each lvl. 10 coach (with a different name) drops randomly so we cannot predict which one will drop first. Example: Until last week there was no way to predict which of Dubois or Salvatore was going to drop first, even though Salvatore came up later than Dubois, because it is all random.
