As I see you speak english very well, it's the interchange language of the world, why you shouldn't speak it?
Well, at the moment I'm the coach of a Dutch team, so I would like to be the coach of the Netherlands too. You are free of voting me or not, but I think I can do my work perfectly without knowing Dutch at the moment. In my opinion it doesn't really matter. It's my second season in Nederland, it's normal that nobody knows me, but time to time and I will be very well known. You can trust me or not, but I'm sure I can do the coach job of our country perfectly.

Hi Ludvig,

Welcome to the Netherlands. I hope you enjoy your stay here and wish you luck in buzzerbeater.

For now I won't vote for you as our U21 manager, most importantly because this is the first time you show up on the forums and because I have no guarantees that you are an expert manager. So I'm waiting for you to prove your merits first.

But stick around on these forums, become one of the best dutch teams and show us your managing skills and I will consider you in some next election.

They are confident coaches that want to make great things. In real life there are too many examples of foreing coaches training national teams and it's great! I know perfectly my staff and I'm sure they will give all to our national team in terms of hard working. I think that is possitive to have experiences managers and countries like Spain, Germany, China... are the ones who have more time in this game so they have more experienced years.
I know that a native staff looks like a more reliable team, but it isn't true at all if the foreign manager is commited with the work

I've been answering questions of the coaches for three or four days. But it's ok, you are free voting.

Apparently, you haven't really looked into your oppossing candidates. They have some extensive experience, they have been playing for quite some time, while your account only recently came to existence. I get the feeling this is all smoke and mirrors.

You speak of the Dutch community like nothing has ever been accomplished. Despite being small in size, the U21 team has been to the European Championship multiple times and reached the final once! The U21 has even played on the WC and the NT has qualified for the EC quite often and WC qualifiers once! Furthermore several managers from the Netherlands were able to go quite the distance in B3, something you and your so-called associates, of whom we know nothing with regards to true intentions, cannot show us.

If you think Spain, Germany and China should be our role-models, I think your sadly mistaken. We do not have such vast numbers and if we want to succeed, the more comparable road would be the one the Swiss community took.

I DONT SPEAK MUCH, BUT THIS TIME I REALLY HAVE TOO!

WELL SPOKEN LA-3POINT KING!

Ik hoop dat de gehele Nederlandse community deze heldere analyse leest en waarde geeft met het stemmen op een NEDERLANDSE manager!

Succes met stemmen allen.

WHOOYA L.A we zijn het niet vaak eens maar nu wel.

Where on earth does this guy think we DUTCH want a GERMAN rolemodel???
Yes we are small, but hey we are Dutch and as you should know we Dutch have a tendency to be good in what we do.
We have severall great managers, Kalebam LA3PK (echt waar) Arsjitect and i can go on for a while but i hate typing (sorry blok ru en al die andere die ik even vergeet)

If we vote a foreigner to coach our national team then well we sold out ower pride and the work we did for years as a Dutch community

Helemaal gelijk. Vandaad de +1

Bij deze wel het verzoek aan iedereen om vanaf nu in het Nederlands te schrijven.
De reden dat het nu nog in het Engels gaat ontgaat mij volkomen.
