Dnes nás čeká první utkání ve skupině ME proti Švédsku, které má na soupisce "pouze" zdravých borců, ale všechny nejhůře ve formě 7. U nás se forma nepovedla především u Bendla a Mačáka, Bendl dokonce zůstal mimo nominaci. Co se celkové kvality týče by jsme měli být silnější než soupeř. V obraně zahrajeme klasicky osobní obranu a v útoku jsem dal přednost "Rychlé hře".

Sestava:

SG: Bartejs/Dvořák/Labaj
SF: Rybízek/Trnobranský/Labaj
PF: Čabla/Pečenka/Mačák
C: Kúsák/Bouda/Mačák

No idea if this is the U21 thread or not but looks very suspicious.

Just want to inform you that your national coach is harrassing our Swedish community with messages like this:
"For me, it looks quite absurd that swedish users are able to elect six times in a row you as U21 manager even if you have absolutelly no results. And last 2 season result was probably the worse for whole your 10 seasons at U21.
And also is strange that you can't understand effort deals as tactical part of the game. Especially for smaller and medium size countries it is very important to handle enthusiasm well for battles against stronger or bigger countries. Our U21 manager didn't ask you for TIE-TIE deal, he asked you if you are interested in any deal (if I work with right facts). So you could answer you are interested in deal your normal vs. czech TIE. As long as you don't accept the fact deals are part of the game you will probably still end European championship with maximum of 3 wins long way behing possibility of qualify for next stage.
But maybe no one else is interested to be U21 manager of Sweden, who knows."

I have never seen similar behaviour from any other team manager during my 10 seasons as coach of the Swedish U21 team. I responded to a mail about an enthusiasm deal from your U21 manager. As a response your national team manager insults both me and more interestingly the Swedish community in our forum. The community by voting on the only candidate in the last 4 elections.

Just wanted to inform about this and then you can all decide if you think that is a representative behaviour for the Czech community or just for the individual himself.

Has been offered TIE deal of the Czech Republic but thinks it does not belong in BB has, as usual, responded that it is disgusting to make such a deal. This is the first time where we actually had a chance to win the match with TIE vs. TIE. Previous times I have been offered by the team that has been so much better that they even have won with Crunch against TIE so this was slightly less miserable

And you have the nerve to blame someone? you are to be blamed at first place. And plese don't spam this thread with things that have nothing to do with our u21.

Jenom, aby si to někdo špatně nevyložil a nepříčital to někomu jinému. Jde o mně a nikoli o Honzu jako U21 trenéra.
Že nechtěl dohodu, to pal čert, ale překrucoval to, co mu vlastně Honza napsal. Pak jsem s údivem zjistil, že na švédské židli sedí nepřetržitě stejný člověk, se kterým jsme s Amarem zažili "veselou příhodu" při utkání se Švédskem v sezoně 11 :-) Tak jsem se tradičně neudržel, má horká hlava zapracovala a pořádně jsem se do nich pustil :-D

This will be last response in this thread. My intention is not to spam the thread but just inform how your nation team coach behaves.

1) Yes, I think that TIE deals are disgusting.
2) No, there are no defense for posting in our forum that I am an useless manager and that our community is stupid to elect me. To mention in the last sentence that there might be no alternative does not compensate for the accusation towards our community.
3) You are accusing me of spamming. Are you accussing rwstark for spamming in our community? Is his aggressive behaviour in our thread better than me informing about his behaviour?

As you don't want me to spam in your thread I will allow you to respond to it and read your response. Unless you or someone else have a question for me I will leave this thread and your forum. If you sympathize with rwstark's behaviour then that is your decision and I will accept that.

Dam asi jednoho mého hráče na trh(18let, pot. 7, výška 198), kterého jsem před pár dny zachránil. Nemá o něho někdo zájem?

Proč to píše mě ? Já už nejsem trener..... A když si vymějšlí a píše na svoje forum nesmysli , tak at se nedivi , žemu je někdo omlátí o hlavu !

Chtěl bych upozornit na jednoho hráče, který je na trhu a má šanci se dostat na U21
má 19 let a potenciál 8
