Mayrield shines in crunchtime, Jaguar defeat Final Fantasy 71-70 at Fantasy Arena

It used to require Crunch-Time effort to beat FFIX, but no longer tonight as long as Dirk Nowitzki soul still resides in Mayrield body.

After FFIX Vane Miksa scored layup to bring FFIX 70-69, Mayrield post up against Dong Tian Kwang but decided for a turnaround jumper. DTK wasn't quick enough to notice that and was late to guard the shot. The shot swished in for 71-70 and FFIX called timeout. On final possession, Jaguar defense has made FFIX to pass the ball to seldom used Juvenal Placente, and he bricked the layup with Fan Pingwai in front of him.

Before game tipoff, Jaguar were planning to rest their veteran for their upcoming cup games. Howeer the veteran were too enthusiastic and insisted to play. And eventually led to an unlikely victory against FFIX team with three players above 80k salary and proficient GameShape.

Mayrield totalled 19pts and 7rebs, Francisze Sklorz has 15pts and 5steals, and Ruben Toledo came off the bench to score 9pts in 16minutes. Alberto Vaz was held to 13pts with 6/18 FG.

Jaguar planned to rest starters on next game, to prepare for their Tournament games vs one of SBBL elite, SG Young Guns.

You should have felt how joyful i was. I was so regretful didn't choose CT and FFIX suddenly play Normal against me. He has three 80k bigman and one 100k guard with Proficient GS. I only have one 60k player and most of my players are only Respectable GS, yet still able to win the game on the road !!
