Given the fact that i am too "fresh" in this game and training bigs in particular, i can't accept or dismiss your conclusion, a priori.

Thank you though for your input, it is something i'll be monitoring more closely.

Btw, apart from his passing training, i am more than happy with his training speed so far.

Don't complicate things. You didn't consider his height... Also we don't know how high his passing IS at the moment. Low passing compared to other skills will train faster. And vice versa. Just train one more week and he'll probably pop.

cheers

I just remembered something. Download training simulator and enter your player's skills and then training and see the sublevels. Not sure though if the usa site uses the same formulas or not...

Having trained players for 10 seasons or so..
I have come to believe that there might be a hidden trait that allows some players to train more rapidly than others and some that simply train slower

I definitely agree on this. My current trainee got 36 pops in 35 weeks... And he wasn't so good at the beginning considering his starting skills. ;)

Height was taken into account.

Training simulator, gives him 0,60 for every single position PA training session, during this season.

Read this again. Can we see his skills?

He got a pop in PA ;)

Not happy with a maximum of 0,33 per session, even with no cross training and "bad" elastic effect.
Nevertheless i will be monitoring his progress, when i incorporate these factors, in future sessions.

Thank you for asking.

When there just isnt enough raw data to have a decent sample size , wacky numbers like this appear , theres no way that training passing speeds up with increases in height. as others have said , its more likely due to the people having a high sublevel and submitting very little information to the training analysis , thus giving a inflated or seemingly falsified appearance of this phenomena where passing is claimed to train faster on bigs than guards.

If you continue the passing training, it would be nice to know if you hit the next pop-up in 2 weeks. It seems you could and should.
