im planning to keep bleatchers at 11k and expand lower tier to 10k too:) I think its good idea.

If you want that much lower tier, I would recommend expanding your bleachers until you hit 12-13k.

I don't have the time nor evidence to prove that 12k bleachers would be better than 10k, but that's just what I prefer.

These arena conversations are really getting out of hand. Why don't we simply agree that the best arena is 15k/10k?

I mean, 5k bleachers costs miserable 1 million. Everyone who reaches that point won't have a problem spending 1 million.

My God, bleachers CANNOT suppress lower tier sales. From game manual

and fans will buy the most expensive tickets they can afford.

Well, take any team that has over 19k seats. If they set minimum(or small enough) prices, only some bleachers would remain unsold. This is a proof towards my theory.
