I agree. Only my doctor is lvl 1 however now so is my PR manager as I fired my old one to save money however will change that once I get more. Definately could look at getting a cheaper trainer though even if its at the same skill level.

higher level pr is helpful with attendance and merch
wait for an advanced trainer under $13000 salary and don't overbid

I don't know. I'm waiting for a superior trainer now. At some point you just feel like bidding for the 50k guy just to avoid the insane bids.

I have a superior trainer
just have to wait fir the right price
you won't miss out on that much waiting with an advanced guy until then
