I didn't realise Bro_Khen's post wasn't the only one, so I was replying about his idea specifically. I should have made that clear. I've not been in that exact situation but I've been in leagues where one side is clearly much stronger than the other, and it has to be very frustrating to be on the wrong side of it.

if thats good enough for BBs I believe that would be good enough for everyone...

but if the Rivalries is the Problem... BB could also look at just balancing the two Groups... switch Teams sides if needed and distribute the Relegated Teams in a way that all the Groups of the Division will have a balance in terms of power per Group...
or Migrate in Rivalry Pairs to form group that is balance to each other.. or the combination of the two...

That could even make the Allstar Games Roster Selection balance...

That would be good sir... much more if you would rank the power of the Demoted teams above and the Promoted teams below by Strength before distributing from Weakest Conference first to strongest but in a way that all Conferences would be more balance... for example if a conference is so strong that 3 or more of their teams are already do have a Salary 50% more above the floor... the conference may be added with mid tier team from the list if not the weakest....thank you for showing interest and kindness...

glad to see that our Authorities have spoken... Will probably see the full effect of this system after 2 Seasons of implementation...

in addition.. hope they can also consider the team's login activity... in instances where teams' account have been locked by the admins for some reason and is bound to Botification... they should be considered as a Bot immediately before weighing the Conference and or it has to be distributed to a Conference...

The initial example of 3 teams in one conference being the top 3 teams, isn't too bad in my opinion. I've seen examples of much worse where teams 6, 7, or 8 would make the playoffs in the other conference.

Currently the demoted team from the division above takes the place of the finals winner.

Would changing this rule to always choose the "weaker" conference for the demotee from above help avoid these situations. It might not seem much at first but over time it should balance the conferences. It also would be easier to implement and less drastic of a change than "shuffling" all the teams.

Another suggestion that I would like to add is... Accounts that have been locked/banned more than 1 Week should also be botified on the Season update and before the Promotion and Relegation script. They Logically won't log in again so why wait too long? So Banned teams should be prioritized for relegation, before other human owned teams.

and when selecting teams that will be promoted to be Replacements for those Banned teams... only those human owned teams should be selected...

At the end of the season, the same number of teams will promote. There are many sources of bad luck in this game. There are the same number of sources of good luck. Because we are competing, and the numbers of places in each division is fixed. Good management is still by far more important than luck. This game is balanced in that regard.

This is another example of mediocre managers thinking that they are not successful because this or that and a change in the rules will make them successful. Delusional. This is also an example of current BBs not understanding what the game really needs and hearing to the shouting majority.

When something like this happens, strategy enters into play. You look at your league at the start of the season and you decide if it is time to go for promotion or it is better to save money and wait for a better opportunity. Making the game more simple means making the game worse.

Yeah, we got you... but we are talking about the imbalance there is on the lower Divisions... and here are some teams that got Promoted even they were just newly formed... Do you think it is fair for other Divisions that have a lot of Contenders than most of the others? In our League, last Season 3 teams are better than this one that got the Promotion and I believe with the other teams that got the Additional Promotions...
