I dont get why you panic so much. It is very minor detail.
Look what is happening now. Payments IRL are late month, they usually are late atleast few days. I think there is no difference if updates are late, when they are being done within 24 hours.
I suggest for BB not to write exact hours, but keep days only, so no one could complain [
]
Everybody should relax, and get something more important to do than to complain for some delays.
This is the biggest nonsense that i've read today.
1. No one is panicking.
2. In itself, yes it's minor. However people are fed up with these recurring crashes and delays for the past months/years, which are clearly showing that there's a problem. Whether it's software or hardware related, whether they don't have the money to fix it, whether it's time constraints because they're working on the app - We are customers, we are paying and we want to be aware of what's happening. We're not paying a lot - i would personally agree to pay more if the performances were stable and the game was improving (features, layout, etc.). We've paid more in the past, i'm not against it. But we need better communication and transparency on the struggles and the roadmap. I don't thing it's a lot to ask.
3. Real life is not BB - it's just not an argument, period.
I don't know how many people are employed by BB. I only know Marin, and from where i stand he seems to be alone on this ship. I don't know who Charles, Forrest and Mark are nor what they do. I'm not here to criticize anybody, i'm just here to ring the bell. When i started playing, there were over 60,000 players. today, we're below 14,000. That happened for many reasons and i'm not here to debate that. But in order for this game to survive and eventually to grow, we gonna need a campaign of seduction and much more.
So here you go Vilkai, i'm doing more than complaining - i'm addressing problems and concerns as a part of the customer community.
