Well I guess that could work. Still find a bit weird to work with ranking and PA while the opposition can be soooo different between each team. But I have no problem with the idea of giving more money to small teams and making them play more competitive games

imo it's a brilliant idea and i would suggest to use here a system (that works in chess tournaments), called "swiss system"
