I would imagine it's potentially since last time it was visible to everyone (on the transfer page) for those willing to buy him and to make an offer before a sale. Could also be towards NT coaches who had an earlier copy of the skillset of the players.Of course, that depends on the manager and might also not up to date. That could be what they aim in the near future for example.
