Is this for all old users? Even ones that upgraded before? Because I have upgraded before and I still got this shift.

yes Vikman, I think it is suppose to be for everyone. Cause also you don't deserve to lose you 450 lower tiers and 50 courtside seats, cause everyone start with those.

Now after all this, what happened was that only the extra seats built before the price change were decreased by 1 level. The seats we started with remained the same. That's the correct solution.
