a) Influence fan basis: Yes.

b) Fan survey related to PR level: yes, indeed. The rules mention in the fan survey section, that a good PR can influence the fan's perception of the team's achievements.

I think a just in the way of b ;) I compare some numbers form the season ticket holders, before 2 season ... I find another team who startet in the same week like me, and both promote to div I.

The one has all the time a better PR, won more games, more tv games also, get further in the Cup and the PlayOffs but have exactly the same amount of fans for 2 seasons(lukcily we could compare old data too). The next season it looks pretty similiar but i got 2 fans more then him(maybe because i started a bit earlier). And other teams who have a pretty similiar story(same week, play as long as the other team, no cup win) looks pretty similiar too ...

So my theorie is, for season tickets only the league, the lenghth of membership and title counts(people who promotes through bot cleanup got less fans) ...

And there is also an league Limit, last season must of our div I teams has a similiar amount of fans ... This season i doN't get additional data, but i heard the number of season ticket holder from our div I champion and cup winner and the raise of season ticket holders for the title was less then in the past.

I hope you could understand me, else i had to try it again.

Thanks, but first of all Congratulations on winning the elections! You had my vote!

And I think I understand your point. It leads back to the assumption that a better PR cannot help you in any situation, especially if you are outperforming. Both teams, you and your opponent were performing extremely but had a very low fan base at the start. So both got the maximum possible to catch up with the ceiling. Maybe.

he gots more fans in his arena, so the pr is still a good investment but he has no longterm effects ;)

I would also say a level 10 PR guy is to expensive for a beginner, but today i got a level 10 pr myself.

Yes, same here, I am in D.II (~1.900 STH) and I think he might be worth it. But 6-8 could probably do an excellent job, too.
