This is why I'm asking for guidelines, what about 20 ? or 40 ? And is it ok to get all boxscores for a country ? for the whole world for a website ?

Yep, I known that there's quite a lot of data needed. Anyway, I've grabbed the whole France season 7, and you can see a preview here : http://buzzerbeater.dnsalias.org/country.cgi
Note that only France data is complete, the interface is shitty and it's ugly, but you can take a look and see where I'm going.
