Listen, I KNOW that he was trying to help.
I'm just saying that the fact is that my computer problem occurs ONLY when I'm on this site and that's something that can't be ignored.
Now, that taken in account, I was just trying to make a sense out of him ignoring that fact and the only reasonable explanation is that he assumed that I was somewhat dishonest about it (i.e. yeah, right, restarts only when he logs on our website). It's simple as that.
If nobody see any conection between the fact that my problem occurs only when I'm on BB and restarting problem, if nobody finds that weird, if nobody thinks that there is a bit too much coincidence in all this, well, fine, whatever, BUT, for thousand and first time, I DO NOT have this problem when I'm on other sites.

First, I did not ignore what you said. Second, I am only trying to help you. As I have no access to your system and I have not been able to duplicate the issue of not being able to log onto BB, there is little I can do. So, please do not accuse me of assuming you being dishonest. I have absolutely no reason to assume anything like that.

I appreciate the fact that the issue you're experiencing is frustrating. I hope you can provide more system-specific information (like which browser, which version, which operating system, etc.) you're running. This allows others to have a better chance to duplicate the problem.

O.K. lets start from the begining.

I explained my problem, right?

Then you answered with (77290.7), right?

O.K., now, please tell me, where exactly in that answer did you took in account the conection between restarting and the fact that it occurs only on BB site?
To avoid any other misunderstanding, please, don't say again what you said in (77290.14) because that didn't meant anything -- I'm not talking about the quote, but an ACTUAL answer that was given to me.
I'm sorry, but I really don't see how would your answer differ if I didn't mentioned that my problem occurs only when I'm on BB site. I mean, do you understand what I'm saying? There was a reason why I EMPHASIZE the fact that I don't have this issue normaly, BUT ONLY when I'm on BB.
Now you tell me, what would you assume? What would you assume if someone is saying to you: "Yes, I heard you, I saw what you wrote, BUT..."?

I sincerely hope that you understand what I'm talking about, because I don't want you think that I'm being disrespectable here... because I'm not. I already told you that I appreciate your time and interest in my problem, so there is no need to treat me like I didn't.

As far as the specifics are concerned,

I'm not experiencing restarts when I'm on other websites, only when I'm on BB -- most commonly while wathcing my games LIVE.
Also, I wanna emphasize that I was fine for the first two seasons -- all this started to happen recently, in offseason to be very specific.

I'm using INTERNET EXPLORER. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which version exactly, but I believe that it must be one of the latest.

I'm still on WINDOWS XP.

If there is anything else you need to know, let me know. In the meantime, I will visit my service again.

P.S.
Aside from this anomaly, what's up with the other part of my complain -- non responding buttons, error pages, unability to log in, post, bid, set line ups... etc. That's not hardware issue, right?

Btw, why didn't you replied to my original post (77290.15) but instead use third party comment -- Calum -- to explain yourself?
You know, I'm not really enjoying writing over and over again about this and I would certainly appreciate some real answers oppose to what I'm getting right now.

I still get the problem intermittently on IE, but firefox works much better, only have a problem every couple daya with firefox, as aposed to almost every time with IE.

Try d-loading firefox, at least you will be able to click a button most of the time.

Look, I don't have to explain my messages and intentions to you. The only reason I did that above, is that you make it sound like I think you're the bad guy here (dishonest etc.). I'm not doing that and that is obviously not my intention. I have an issue when the opposite is said publicly.

Then you answered with (77290.7), right?

You're correct in saying that I did not spell out "I hear you, but...". However, I only indicated what I thought is the most probable cause of what you're experiencing (computer restarting) based on the information you gave (and that includes when you experience this issue). I did not comment on the part about login problems, because I had nothing to add there (I'm not able to duplicate the issue). In summary, I saw two separate issues in your post and I gave the only answer I had.

GM's try to answer to as many people as possible. This is why most of us try to keep our answers short. This may leave more room for misunderstanding certain posts, but I feel that is a risk we need to continue to take in order to try to help as many as we can.

I'm sorry, but I really don't see how would your answer differ if I didn't mentioned that my problem occurs only when I'm on BB site.

You don't need to be sorry about that. The wording of my answer wouldn't have been different (well, perhaps I wouldn't have used "pretty" to soften it). However, the thought process behind it would have been rather different.

Enough about that. Let's try and tackle your problem.

I'm not experiencing restarts when I'm on other websites, only when I'm on BB -- most commonly while wathcing my games LIVE.

This is a good piece of information. My laptop (late 2007 MacBook) needs to drive the fans at very high speeds when I watch BB games. For web use, anything else that I have seen having a similar effect is watching about 30 minutes of Youtube non-stop. The restarting may be heat related.

Also, I wanna emphasize that I was fine for the first two seasons -- all this started to happen recently, in offseason to be very specific.

There has been discussion about a 3-pointer bug in the matchviewer. This suggest at least some change in the viewer recently.

Aside from this anomaly, what's up with the other part of my complain -- non responding buttons, error pages, unability to log in, post, bid, set line ups... etc. That's not hardware issue, right?

We can be sure it's not a hardware issue on your side. This discussion should be in the Bugs forum. Let's see if I can the correct thread.
