Any American is welcome to contribute to the discussion if I am reelected. The more viewpoints the better IMHO. During the finals, we had the input of about 20 managers. I know you aren't a fan of the offsite, but I think its the most effective and secure way to communicate. In the past I know we have have a PR guy make posts about U21 in the public USA forum, but I don't really like post information about the team in public places because I know that foreign nations browse our forum looking for info.
During game nights especially Tuesday, I try to be in the #USA chat room and the offsite chat. I am open to other types of communication, but I think the manager should be primarily focused scouting and gameplanning. We have nearly 400 players in the pipeline, and managing all of that takes a lot of time. If someone wants to step up and be our PR point person, I would be all for that to manage the other types of communication.
