Rosen makes a good point - we only have so many good loyal inside and outside trainers. picking their transfer targets should be done wisely to get the best possible players in the long run.
I wish i hadnt bought my player Ahearne (no offense mate, keep up the good work!) as only two weeks later two better players got bot released - and they were better despite having missed 4 weeks training!
just to clarify - for guards is there a consensus amongst managers that starting high in any or all of IS, ID, and SB are good value for money things to have(salary wise) in the long run, where as rebounding tends not to be?
i know for NT the higher them all the better, but at the end of the day the training team needs to jusify their salary...
And for bigs, are there any guard skills that arent value for money? I guess JS and JR can add to salaries and while all players benefit from JS, i guess there is a fairly low JR limit...especially for a centre?
