it's a great job that you're doing with this tournament.
I suggest u, in order not to keep people patient with the risk of losing interest, to do the draw anyhow today and then fill in the blanks with new teams that could join.
I mean, if, 4 example in III división, there are 22 teams, you could draw it as if there were 32 but leaving 10 blanks so it could happen that 10 teams go straight to second leg...
It's only a suggestion, I know that could seem a little unfair for teams that fall in the first game, but I prefer to be out after the first game than waiting longer, I need competition!!!!
