I would train OD to strong (this might take a while), then do 1v1 Forwards and get his HA to average. When that's done, hammer PA until that also gets to average. PA will pop fast.

Let me ask it this way.
I am also developing a guy for sf, and since I have been giving inside training for seasons, my sf will be inside orianted as well. So what I want to know, what will be the best build up for my future PF in my team. Should i give him some jump shot training(may be till his JS is prolific) for him to spread the floor for my guards and center?
I know PA/HND is essential for offensive flow yet he is already 21 years old so how long it will take for him to reach the levels you mention in those categories. or would average be enough?
And I have no idea about how much OD would be required for PF. I could make an assumption in a real life situation but I dont have any idea about game mechanics, so i dont know what level of impact OD would have on my PF's performance.
sorry for the long post and slight off-topic questions but this trainee is one player I have been focusing on since his draft and I consider him as the future star of this team, hence a lot of questions.

I'm a bit busy at the current time, but you can BB-Mail me his skills, what level trainer you have, what you have been training at what positions, and I will be more than glad to help you.

What about this PG, still worth training him, i dont even know why i didnt start to train him before this season. but since i did he has been growing quite nicely. Currently while having advanced trainer training his passing. When is the right time to update his jump shot?

While Manon is correct in terms of usefulness in a decent division, i think your division standing is low enough that you can afford to float into next season with OD/PA where they are. It will save you salary costs to wait until the season changes over. I think anywhere from 20k-50k over the course of a season can be saved by popping JS once, less if it pops twice. So that would be what i would do if you think you can survive the first few weeks of next season on what appears to be 12 OD and 11 PA.

Just my opinion though.
