I am dedicating 100% of my time to this issue. Very little sleep, I can tell you that. Would love to have $3000 for this, though, not even close.
More on topic now: looks like our server is having a hardware issue, but I can't say even that 100% until we get a replacement part and try it. In the meantime, I'm trying keep the site running, prioritizing scheduled tasks as much as possible without breaking things and attempting different approaches to try and help the site run smoother. Can't say for sure that there's progress but it feels as if the site is just a tad bit more stable.
This is really a big mess, we are aware of that, but as some people close to me said - you can only do what is humanly possible while you're waiting for the replacement parts. I sure hope they fix the cause once they do arrive.
