You cannot fire player on NT rosters. And many of those monster will be stuck there for a long time (in many cases till another monster will push them out one day).

I agree, they shouldn't be created at all, but if NT managers are ok with monsters with game shape 5 or 6 due to constatnt switching teams and overpalying, they probably think they are still useful for them, so they won't die out in foreseeable future.

You either didn't get my point (people don't need to have B3 finals teams at the start of the season except maybe for B3) or you suggest there should be two different rosters, one "real" for league, cup, sc (and PL) and one for B3 and you would pay for that frozen B3 squad only for the real one. Which surely won'tbe implemented for many reasons.

You have to bne able to sell players wheneever you want. I'm not sure what you are suggesting, let jsut say TEAM X from middle size country has monster A on its roster at the start of B3. That team doesn't need him for league games, it can win without him. So
a) Monster A is frozen on roster and team has to pay from him till he is knoicked off B3
b) Monster A is frozen on roster for B3, paid and can be sold meaning he is no longer on that B3 roster (except when re-aqcuired) nor league roster
c) Monster A is frozen on roster for B3, not paid, unless he is still part of that team league roster and when sold he just ceases to be on league roster and is still on B3 roster
d) Monster A is frozen on roster for B3 and acts normally like on league roster till sold, then he is not eligible for B3 nor league roster anymore that season

None of these options is viable. The problem with frozen roster is overpowered teams at the beginning of the season not underpowered. Since domestic competition is not the same for everyone, frozen teams are not fair enough for everyone.

No, I suggest that a team should play B3 with no more than the same players that started the competition. If you want to sell a player after B3 starts, that's OK. If you want to buy a player after B3 starts, that's also OK, but that player won't be allowed to play on B3, being allowed to play league and cup games normally.

Not going to work. you can't force teams overpay like that without a reason. Some can use that players for some it is a unnecessary overkill. Unfair solution. It may actually happen Tukums etc. would rotate monster before first round instead of fthe final one making those uneligible for anyone else. Still monster loading lottery.

My suggestion would boost teams who think in a long-term basis instead of teams that focused on very short-term basis strategies that prevailed this season. You know, a similar solution already exists: there is a deadline to buy players eligible for playoffs. Want to win your league? Build a team that can win the POs before they take place. Want to win B3? Build during the pre-season a team that could make you to the title.

Well, B3 should be a competition for pros. If you wanted to win it you should be able to plan in advance. But, you know, it's just my POV. Maybe I'm wrong and B3 should be a competition for those who only think at the next match. And if B3 turns into a "next match competition" be sure that Cups will be next. In fact, if you notice that Silves, after B3 finals, has already been bought by a team, has played 1 cup match and has been put on transfer list you realize that Cups have already been infected by the "rent-a-player" phenomenon.

At the end, from this season it seems that the only that can win a B3 is who has a good reserve of money.

On the other hand speaking about TL and monster salary if you apply a "pre-taxation" these monster will be definitevely killed and I think no one would like to buy them if they've to stay minumum some weeks in the roster

This is just one more reason for people to day-trade. And I hate the daytraders. This game is about training, tactics and of course economy - but some people make it look like it's just a wall-street game. Then when you want to buy a good player for your roster because you have some plans with him, you are either always short for 50-100k or you overpay for him.

Probably noone can see this happened to me just a few days ago, can you?

Let the trading days before the final go ahead.
People who have never been in B3 (especially the final) before shouldn't criticize others for making big purchases days before the final if they have never been in those shoes before.
It is a strategy and it seems to work for now.

Before play-offs I'm sure if you have some extra money left over then you spend it on players if you feel your journey will be difficult.
If this is what the game has come to then let it be or get some rules.
