I get concerned looking at Prather, and seeing his minutes so erratic, that he might not get trained properly.

Well, I see 7 different Perrennial all-stars that are also 18 on that team. Combined with him that is an 18 year old HOF. Thats 8 different possible trainees...

Then, Prather is playing between 28-38 minutes every game. So thats 3 different games he could potentially be injured in...
Plus, it means he's getting too many minutes, for other guys to be trained with him unless mufti-position training is going on. Which if it is, Prather's not getting the "proper" training for him to be a U21 guy anyways.

Looking at it from the outside... It's scary looking the situation there.

If you can get his potential to pop a couple of times, he has a shot.

WHAT! How do you pop potential! I don't get it, so he has a slim chance right now...........it'd be a miracle if they even look at him, and it'll only be because I trained him right, am I right???

His chances is like this; 3% chance of making it into NT.
0.5% chance of U21.

You train "nanobot augmentation". Single position, preferably.

Seriously, his NT chances are 0% no matter how you train him. There are NT training guidelines stickied in this very forum that are conveniently placed to dash your hopes.

Crap, just seen em, probably will only get 1 skill at 17-20 range, the rest will probably be 12-16. So I guess he'll be just a good Center. With good chances of making a NT 4th team (get it, not enough to make it in the third string, but if there was a (lower NT league) he would be on the 4th string)

IS 14-15
REB 13-15
ID 16-18 (if everything goes right) got 7 ID
SB 12 (he got 7 SB so far)

Well, and here's Colema, my PF (actually a C, but will convert him into PF)

IS 14
REB 12
ID 13
SB 10-11

Good guys, just too tough NT competition. Sorry guys, looks like yall will never be in a NT game.
