Iwen will say ignore the second two and just concentrate on the first guy. Certainly Zhao Xiudong should be your focus, start by giving him some single position inside defence training, try to get it up to about prominent (10). You can be giving Arthur Lazenby the exact same training. Ensure you have at least a level four trainer and a level five is better but can be financially crippling so think carefully about it. Sadly Normie Torney really doesn't fit with the other two so you will have to make a hard choice about what to do with him.

Agreed with what Yoda said. Sell Torney and get a cheap 3rd trainee. Xiudong and Lazenby can be trained so focus on some I side defense first till it is around proficient/prominent then get rebounding and inside shot up to the same level.

Okay cool, I'll train inside defense for a while. I can train the short guy in inside skills until a get a better trainee, right? Also does Zhao have any chance of making the junior team and what sort of skillset would get him on there. Thanks

You will need ID/IS/RB to all be about 12/13 to have any chance as a big guy. It is doable for sure. We are a little thin for bigs this season. But in the end it depends on is there someone better that year. But either way follow advice for him and at worse you will have a very good player for your own team.

Expecting the birth of my 2nd child, a girl, this week.

Tactical suggestions are welcome on the offsite forum for the upcoming game. Would prefer them by Sunday morning due to the birth otherwise I'll set it myself.
