I'm really hoping the Pacers can put something together here in the end. They have really struggled down the stretch, but hopefully come playoff time, they'll really vamp it back up. Paul George is a young leader, but young is the troubled part. He still has a lot of growth potential. If he can bare the weight, the Pacers will be fine. I have confidence in David West and Roy Hibbert to do their thing, but we need our production out of Paul. George Hill better step up his Defense as well.

I don't know how they're going to pull out close games without an elite scorer, especially against teams like the Heat or Knicks. They are one player short of a championship caliber team, in my opinion.

Paul George certainly stepped up in game 1, so hopefully he's back to his normal self. However, the Pacers have brought points in from all over the place. We've proven throughout the season that we don't need 1 guy to generate all of the points every single game. It might be George Hill this game, David West that game...and don't forget about Roy.

I like the fact that we don't put too much pressure on one guy.

Just from a historical standpoint, it's nice to have one guy who is the best player on the court in crunch time and can get you those points if everyone else is struggling.

But can't this also be the downfall of a team as well? Sure you want your "clutch" or "star" player to be the go to guy and get your points.. but if he's having a bad night, or a bad series, it could ruin your playoff run. I've seen many games lost because the star player continues to take shot after shot after shot, and it just isn't their night.

At least with a balanced team, your points are going to be generated from everywhere, which should keep it consistent.

And don't forget that with the Pacers, it isn't all about the Offense, but even more about the Defense.

I have a NBA question for everyone: GM of the year for Denver and coach of the year, George Karl are now both done in Denver. Being a Denver Nuggets fan, I'm not sure how to feel about this. Do you guys have any opinions? Personally Its kind of a relief to finally end the Playoff Karl curse, but losing our GM too... Looks like we will have a lot of changes. Any thoughts on this?

Ya'll got a good team in Denver, just need a coach to be able to get them through the playoffs. I'm not sure much of Karl's effects on the team, but I feel like the team can make the playoffs with any average coach. Maybe thats what they saw too. They have good potential but needs a better coach to develop the players. Chandler, Iggy, Farried and even Lawson is coming around and will put together a show with the right coach.

Seems like Denver wants to shake things up, maybe Lionel Hollins?
