There are only two Tier 3 human-filled leagues in Bulgaria and a total of 20 teams which should be relegated from Tier 2. May I inquire as to how this is going to be settled after the league-consolidation changes?

There are a lot of questions coming regarding which Tier 2 relegated teams could expect to keep their spots in T2 and which not-promoting teams in T3 could expect to get to T2 through the back door.

Does anyone use the 1-3-1 defense at all? With success? My upcoming playoff opponent's team is heavily weighted to his two guards and small forward. I think my big guys are much better then his big guys, yet he really out matches me with the outside shooters so I'm considering using a 3-2 or maybe even the 1-3-1. Any thoughts? Thanks!

1 3 1 is good if your opponent is weak under the basket, else is better 3-2 about me

Having a quick - not deep - look...:

I'd not recomend 1-3-1 because it would hurt your rebounding too much, given that you also do not have homecourt.

3-2 may be the better choice if you want to strengh your outside-defense. It should also work vs. his patience-offense he often plays, but will also hurt your rebounding-performance.

There is no explanation of "TSP" in the game manual. What does it stand for, and what are the two numbers?
