at least i am going to train Sb more right now, and think the "worthless" aspect could be also said about ID.

I amde it to the B3 final with C with just 13/12 ID(and even lower blocking), with noticeable playtime.

And when we see that a C take around 10-15 where he converts 60% of it usually, 2 blocks you can get even with mediocore(on my level this mean 8-9 not 5) blocking ain't that bad + the same amount of shot where they affect the shots without blocking it.

B3 final with 12/13 ID? You probably had a plenty of guards and big men with 20 on Reb and IS

But in most cases you can take one level out of ID or IS or RB and replace it with two or three SB levels, keeping the salary constant (so it's clearly the cheapest inside skill). When it comes to those 2-3 extra possessions per game that you can get by doing that, many believe that also the threat of blocking is a major factor of a team's inside defence. However, there's no evidence for that (at least that I'd know of), so it will for now stay as speculation.

People aren't willing to put in the effort to train passing and handling for the most part for their big men and they're frittering away quite a few possessions indeed with needless turnovers. I did a quick TL search for 15 ID, there are 312 players - and only 31 with handling and passing at even 6, and a mere 3 with passing and handling at 8 (but 81! with passing handling at 3 or less).

If people aren't willing to change their behavior when the evidence of lost possessions is right there in their faces and in their three-skill tree's stat line, there's no reason at all they're going to change for something that isn't spoon fed to them.

i concentrate more on reb that right, even when i didn't dominate the opposition there. I had good guards but not IS guards, but multiskilled.

Are you sure about that or just an assumption?

Why you want perimeter players with OD 18+ and they only record 1-2 stl/game isn't this same ?

True. That's the situation with most managers. But I personally try to have an advantage against those "most people" by using SB myself and slowly moving the idea of SB to my country's national teams too.
