Stop LCD & blanks + Improve current subs options
It seems that this will be solved soon.
True for only half of it. And even for the first half it all boils down to Marin making it work this season after he said the results were not satisfactory last season.

Balance strengths of strategies&costs (or prove=)
It's up to us to make the strategies work. Not everything is BBs fault. Mostly it's our fault because we tend to go the easiest way and stay on those roads that already are well travelled.
Ultimately very few people play this game to experiment with extreme/very unconventional solutions...we could try to clone Nachtmahr a few times perhaps. When you talk about "the easiest way" you effectively describe the problem. Winning with some setups is easier (players to build are easier to create) or cheaper (players cost less) or both. In this respect there will always be an optimal solution, however at the moment the best set up considering both easy+cheap seems to be significantly more efficient than the second best.

No. If someone wants to train game shape for ages - it should be up to him. He'll not have much fun on Friday's trainingupdate. This is a tradeoff like many others in this game.
Most people are asking to reduce the effectiveness, not completely removing it from the game.

BB players already train at really high speed if you compare BB with e.g. Hattrick. I don't think training speed should be increased further. It will only produce more capped players and more players that noone can afford in the long term.
Hattrick has a liquid transfer market and you can get a lot of trainees per season from your youth academy (roughly equal to receiving 6/7 draftees). The training speed there is offset by the fact that you can find a lot of mid-point-trained players at market prices, which is not the case here.

I don't think anybody mentioned it before, but Karangula's points made me wonder what people think about increasing the number of draftees to 4? I know they changed the 19yo draftees already, but this would help further without changing much at all (only the overall quality of retained draftees will improve though, the will still be randomly generated though). Or maybe give more trainees to smaller nations, like micronations, to slightly compensate for their lack of users? No idea just throwing random suggestions out there.

yeah, but you have 33% more draftees than you have today. In that 33% there will be some who are worth keeping.

If the height and defensive things are right, you can play 4 guard in 3-2 zone..

6-9 height can play pf and sf. you see what im saying that's nothing but a guard.

Sf is back bone of defenses in my opinion because he is the deal breaker the majority of the time. If he can guards a ps/sg. or Pf then you've done your work on the offensive side as well..

But this works only against weak team in League 4 or 5. If you play higher, the offensive side of your opponent will shoot you out of the arena.

Hell Ya - We are coming from the North to conquer your arena ...

I agree with your statement but not overall. if we look at from you need more to perform at the next level, then this is not the case , your team will still have the defensive /offensive advantage because again it built to the tactic in balanced and skillfull way. dynamic/hybrid player are just better .Because they more expensive to built rare to get.

a cookie cutter team can not compete with a hybrid balanced defe/off set player built team. Skill too greats in the tactic.

this same a nt team taking a div1. That division 1 team can win but not if its cookie cutter. Put some hybrid/dynamic players on div 1 team can they beat the Nt team. Because its on equal or stronger footing. Same as nt team is built.

the training penalty is what talking about please think of that ok.. but built him as a guard then you can play 4 guards.

The sf should have the most skill in my opinion. its worth the cost long term.
