Don't you think running a 750K roster is a bit of overkill


The purchase of MegaRich was a humanitarian act and was designed to discourage any last minute "arms" race which could have harmed other teams

Very silly of me there. Saw the 100 point difference so played my scrubs. Forgot that my points difference goes down 70 but yours goes up 70. 140 point turnaround. Doh!

JW is probably the one laughing the loudest at this as he now plays Kilrtom who has already sold off his most expensive players.

wasnt really laughing... kind of needed that, after i forgot to set my lineup in the last round of the season... played normal in a game that i could afford to lose... not that i think it would make a big difference, but I'll need all the help i can get to get to the ABBL!

Great to see him sticking to the hard yards of training The Duke on Outside Skills in a final, when he could have unleashed him.

but I'll need all the help i can get to get to the ABBL!



Must admit that I felt tonight was a bit of a danger game for me as I snuck in another week of single position training which shortened my roster a bit.

Hoping my key players can stay injury free the next few weeks

I am not sure what is worse. Unluckily losing to me with a $370k roster or having no chance against the $750k roster.

Firstly my roster costs me less than 730K a week.

Secondly JW is not out of this;

- He has the 4 highest ranking players in this league where as I only have 1 player in the top 20.

- My highest salaried guard (Riviera) and highest salaried Tall (Zalarich) are both in ordinary game shapes with their DMIs both being well less than half of what they are capable of.

- An injury to a key player or 2 of mine would significantly weaken me

- After last seasons loss to you in the final, JW is due for a change in luck

- I made a mistake selling Donnelly who I should have held onto for depth

- JW has an unbeaten record at my home court during this season

I would suggest that JW should nearly be favourite
