Again, I am not saying I am the most knowledgeable coach coach in BB or among the English teams, however I am certain, my enthusiasm isnt lacking behind our portugese friends, I have the time to take this job onboard, my communication skills and being able to take criticism is alot better than our portugese friends, and my knowledge of tactics and running a team with good players is alot better. Therefore I am convinced i can do a better job than them and since I believe the best available coach should get the job, I put myself up as a candidate, never done this before simply because i felt I lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to do it. And I do believe now I am ready for the job.

1st- We've been in this thread for the last 3 days, since noon to 2 am, answering your questions, many of them wich should have an aswering. Do you think we don't have enthusiasm? I'll say you the same you said to superfly. You don't know us, so you don't know how enthusiastics we are. This also shows that we have lots of time. As superfly said, our comunication skills are not bad, and there's english people who talk worse than us. We can have some ortographic errors, but I think it doens't make it harder to understand what we are saying.

Just because we have a worse division than you doens´t mean we are worse tactically. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you started the game in the III league. We started in the IV and are now in the III. I know that you don't want to be promoted now, but even with that, you have been in that league for 6 seasons. Don't you think that's enough to build a good team?

You say I can't take criticism? If I could take it, I had stop coming here long ago. I just don't accept that some people come here insulting us without listening to us. And after a while comes here saying that he is not in the right mood, or whatsoever, to keep in this thread. And another thing, you say we aren't able to take criticism, but when we asked you to explain some things about your ideas, you didn't answered, instead, you defended saying that we were too agressives. Now what do you say about that?




PS: Talking to someone during the elections about taking a place in a taff team is considered spam, and you can be punished for that

First, I want to thank you to be the first to understand our plan. Second the bad news is your can't vote but I hope to convice english people that we will do a great job, and it doesn't matter of our group is difficult. We allways have a solution for the problems and at this time won't be different.

Can you please stop with that? jotapeq have time yes. But for now is difficult to him to appear and talk. Our plan won't be a problem with 2 gays beause we have allways a second joice. We have more names in the table and if all of Englan users understand ou job an our plan the third that's all ok.

We want talk about basket and BB, we show our plans we show all you wanted and you try allways changing the thread. This is not insulting this is a thread and in any thread we have to be direct to our opponent and make him talk. If you think that then the politics are allways insulting the rest of people.

And by the way we criticise nothing. We just compare our plans with tour ideas. Nothing more.

Ha ha. If I'd actually been trying to win my division last season, you might have a point. It would've been quite an achievement with by far the lowest player salary budget in the EBBL!!!

Mind you, I've always said the Leeches were a good team ;-)

I think the one not understanding is you

1st- You said you had advantage in the elections for various reasons. One fo them was the enthusiasm. So, if you have advantage in that aspect, it means you are saying we are worst than you in that point.

2nd- There are two ways to react when you aren't able to be criticized. The first is to stop replying, the second is to offend. I'm sure I haven't done the first one. So if you are saying we can't take critics, you are saying that we are responding agressively. Understand now?

3rd. Once again, you only understand something when we show it right in front of your eyes. ( once again, don't think I'm attacking, I'm just defending myself). If you say you have advantage, you're saying you have more time than us.

4th- If you're saying we have less experience with tactics, you're saying we're worse. And once again, I repeat: You are in th III division for 6 seasons. Don't you think that it is enough time to build a solid team? Maybe the problem is not the team but the tactical options ( I'm not insulting you, just dealing with the facts)

And don't say you didn't mencioned anything about advantage

There's more people posting in this thread and I believe some of them make part of your staff team.

As I said, this is a debate where the main goal is to show our goals and ideas. If we are talking about something, sometimes asking questions, and almost every reply we have is saying that we don't have experience or that we are not good speakers, that's not a healthy debate. And sometimes, you prefer doing this, than answering questions we make directly to you. Oh, and those are questions with question marks, don't say that you didn't saw any question
