and there's respectable,... and ... respectable.
respectable can be either towards 6, or towards 8. With the right minutes it mostly will be 7,5 or up, so most likely towards the 8, which is still good enough for games.
Personally I only start lokking for other players when the shape is at 6 or lower. For 7's the better player mostly get's my go, unless the sub isn't that much behind and has a 9.
