If anyone wants to jump in and scout any of those, it would be a big help to me (just post that you will be scouting something before you scout it). I'm happy with the progress on the age 18 spreadsheet so far, and I think I'm on pace to finish recording skills before the next training update.

Doing the scouting for IV.9-IV.12 now, and then I'm going to finish the spreadsheet updates for all the IV leagues.

Cain Arthur is in division II now. I thought we scouted the current teams, not the last season's draft?

The only things left to do are:

III.1 - III.4: (needs scouting + spreadsheet work)
III.5 - III.8: (scouting is done, I just need to record skills)
