Thanks. Just a question, why is it good to train stamina before the start of the relagation?

Thanks too. I think getting to 7th place will be easier since a team in my conference last logged in on June 18. He will become a bot this coming Monday right?

So I think I only need to find out who will go 6th on the other conference.

Thanks again for the advice. :)

I am in the same position as you though i got promoted by winning the playoff. But look at my first game i lost by 40 points :(

My tactic now is using TIE against strong teams and normal against teams i can beat. And training my youth all the way. And hopefully i can last a season haha

I think you'll be fine. You got a 100k+ center for such a low price.

Hopefully, both of us stay in the league after this season. :)

I have a simple solution for you, which if implemented properly will result in staying in your league:

- Use TIE against stronger teams, bot teams or average teams in away games after using CT in the previous game
- Buy a PR manager with crowd involvement
- Use Normal/CT against average teams at home
- Use CT against teams that will use TIE against you that you think you have a chance to beat with a massive enthusiasm advantage
- Build up your enthusiasm going into the playoffs/relegation series
- Save as much money as you can early in the season (no need to go below the salary floor though)
- Buy stars in the weeks after the allstar break
- Train your youngsters as hard as you can
- Buy older players that can help you because they are cheaper
- Always look for bargains on the TL
- Build up your arena if it is not big enough already
- Maximize the prices in your arena because the promotion bonus is huge

This is pretty much it. You generally need between 7 and 10 wins to avoid relegation. Identify the matches where you have a shot at winning early and build up you strategy around it. Be ware sometimes stronger teams use weaker lineups against weaker teams. Sometimes you can use that to your advantage.

Good Luck!!!

My advice to not relegate is to win all your games so you don't have to play in the relegation series. Thats just what I wpuld do I don't see why more people do it ;)

This is nearly impossible given the state of my team right now. :(

There's always a way. I'm also the weakest link in the league, but I'm fighting and hoping. I'm 2-1 right now, although the league average total salary is twice as my total salary, and I TIEd all three times.

Count on your enthusiasm, play TIE against those you know they'll beat you, and force against others. Fight for that seventh place. What doesn't kill you makes you harder.

I'm pretty sure it is what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Not harder. :)
