I've beaten better teams playing low post m2m vs look inside m2m a couple of times...
I choose princeton however, had great success with it as an outside tactic, works better for my team then motion atleast...

That's weird.
To me that's viceversa. Princeton works like hell, while with motion I had some pretty good matches against stronger teams...

Anyhow... my question remains valid:why doesn't anyone trust the new tactics?

The new offencive tactics are for teams who have one solid player. Most of the forum visitors tend to gather a team instead of having just one superstar. I have used 4+1 defences against a few teams with a clear single scorer and they work well. Their usage is very situational, just like 1-3-1 or 2-3.

I agree with what LA-Kukoc said.
I don't however use the isolation tactics, not even when I had only 1 superstar. (maybe he wasn't super enough)
I had a center who was pretty damn good for div 2 when I was there,I played inside ice, ended up with some player taking a lot of 3s.
The center was not scoring so much (10-16 I guess, cba to find old games).
I don't really have any exp with outside ice except from scrimmages so don't ask me about that one.

About princeton, it might just be my team... I just find myself shooting at a higher % with the slower pace, though I get more 3p attempts when I play motion where as princeton will take some mid range shots, it still seems to even out well for me.
I know a lot of players don't trust princeton, but I guess that just makes it all the more interesting hehe :)
