GS 'pops' don't count as 'pops'...it boosts their GS but it isn't tracked since it's not a skill

It is included in cross training. I recall someone training GS and getting a pop in another skill. So it also should be the other way around, only we can not see the pop in GS if the cross training applied to GS.
