I'm after 10 and long, though my wife might dispute at least part of that.

The People Who Know, The Powers That Be, The Hidden Intelligence That Shapes All We See -- they say the Long Menu is "(not recommended)" -- so, not being one to mess with the Laws of the Universe, I dutifully follow this commandment.

I am surprised you guys are not yet pieces of shriveled bacon, victims of Zeus' thunderbolts. I'm playing it safe.

Gandalf, on the other hand, supports me and the long menu.

(+1 to you, funny man)

Actually, I think there is something wrong with your computer. There is an asterisk next to the (not recommended) part, and at the bottom of the page it reads:
*not recommended by masochists

I recommend that you whack the side of your monitor until you see the asterisk appear on the screen.*

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

Big fan of the short menu. I don't find the site organization quite perfect, but it is logical enough to know under which short menu item each page can be found. I therefore find it quicker to navigate the site using it. It is certainly more aesthetic and convenient on small displays. I use the long menu on mobiles that can't handle a drop-down menu properly. That one is cluttered and (therefore) confusing.

I had used short to this day, but since I voted and saw the majority uses the long, I tried it and I'm sold. It's much better.

I think the "long list is not suggested" had something to do with my earlier opinions :D

I don't know why not, it just says under the long menu (not recommended). Maybe because it has so many options that beginners might get lost?
