3 W in a row, really a great surprise and a fantastic result for Ghana! We have also succeded in saving up enthusiasm, this is extremely important for the next matches. I'm aware that we are destinated to drop back into the campionship. In fact, it's quite unlikely we can aim to win the tournament. Unfortunately, I belive that teams like Misr and Nigeria will rule it soon. Anyway, I think we could reach other wins.

As for the last match, Al Maghrib clearly suffers a lack of C and PF. It has been quite easy to set up a right defence and look inside tactic.

Excellent work by the team and looking like the coach is doing a sensational job.

well done.
a nice win over senegal and yor still leading the group.
if there will be no drastic changes in the ranking your on your way to the QF.

as for the U21 team its very sad to see that the couch doesnt care always go in base ofence (i hope im mistaking) and he doesnt commant here in the forum in nothing.

the U21 team is the key for a storng NT in the future and if you dont scout youngsters its a big problem.

ill be very happy if the U21 couch will make his commant.

You started in season five, he started in season two and I started in Season 10. Season started is the tie breaker. Will you be running for the upcoming U21 Elections?

yeah, i know...but in last 4 season i maked a great work with u21 here, so, if anyone voted, i won elections...unfortunely there are no active users when there was the elections...
but my angry is: why he candidate for this role, grab me this u21, and after leave it in that bad situation??

by the way, i still don't know if i candidate next season...maybe not, but it's still soon to say that...depends on time in real life..

Well that is the same with me. I am currently the India U21 coach and have loved that but after four seasons it is time to move on and give someone else a turn. I also want to try an even smaller nation so that the workload is reduced. If you ever drop into the India forums you can see the hundreds of posts I have made and all the work my team has done in improving the India U21 team.

In these last weeks I help Matt with the U21 players, so we can start to work on them and next season I'll try to keep the U21 team and not lost this work :P

The idea is to create a DB and manage the U21 players together to optimize their growth, for U21 and next the major team.

well done, another W and we keep on leading the tournament. I would have to thank the players' owners for the goodt game shape they can assure week by week. In fact, this has been the right key in lots of matches. We also reached a good enthusiasm level and actually we have gone over the better goals I had planned. I'm very glad for what Ghana NT has done until now :)

As for the U21 manager I agree with all you, but at least I noticed he has picked up some 18yo guys from the new teams.. not bad.. even though the U21 team needs a 'guide' right now. For this reason I think it's extremely useful start working in advance. I consider B31 a friend of mine and I know he would have the right skills to improve this U21.

Well B31 started BB in season 2 and seeing as this will probably be a 0 vote election it will be decided by the age of the teams. If he wants to run Ghana U21 he almost certainly will.

Things I did for India that I would do if I was running Ghana include:
offsite forum for tactics if there are enough interested people
weekly update of the skills of the players tracking their pops
weekly update of all teams looking at potential players for saving
mentoring program to get people to help the managers to train their players
database of all good young players updated at the start and end of each season

But if B31 is running then he wins.

we are going to be involved in a great challange today. Actually it's a derby, since the Tounes' coach is an italian manager very well prepared.. extremely unpredictable game :)

ps: This same day there is another game which deserves attention, Misr vs Nigeria.
