Unfortunately, due to a lack of time life-wise, I cannot keep up with doing it the way I *feel* it should be done. I'd rather not do it than half-ass it.

Cymru's a bit of a different nation tho' to Japan. Whilst I'm quite sure there are capable managers there, none are interested in committing to it.
Here, we have other options.

Of course Yellow Cake is totally capable or managing your NT and sure more than the "evil foreigners" who currently proposed their services. But I don't think the biggest reason is the fact that he is playing in Japan instead of them

I have to some what disagree...playing in Japan also means being on the chat at game times. Take that Italian Dude...He would be a box score watcher....he would come on line at 1am Japan time and wonder what happened in the game. for the Iranian dude.....hahahahahahahaha!!

I want there to help and declares the European experience in training young players.

- at first, not using a database for the new prospects (drafts) and for the players who could go to the National team is quite strange. It doesn’t matter how big is the nation. Using it you can easily keep under control all the situation. You have to think that also Cyprus has his own database, Ghana too. So I can’t understand why Japan doesn’t have it. 29 active teams are about 87 new players, it’s about 260-280 potential players. And you think that it’s not necessary a database of at least 30 potential U21?

- secondly, it wasn’t my intention to offend Japanese users with that term. I want to thank you for the correction and I really apologize all the people I offended. I wan to explain that I meant no offense.

- third, I think that a person can’t manage a National team all by himself, in fact I would really happy if somebody who thinks to be useful to the National team can assist me. All the nations have a staff in order to improve and grove up the U21 and the major National team.

- fourth, ok, it’s true, I don’t speak Japanese, but I don’t consider it as a limit or a problem if some Japanese users will help me :)

At last there an other point that I want to explain.
I don’t have any Japanese player in my team, and I won’t buy anyone if I’ll be elected. It’s not a question about wish or not, but only in order not to have any eventual favouritisms.

I proposed me as candidate only in order to help Japan to grow up and improve. I prefer if I won’t be voted because I don’t have so much experience ( that remains to be seen ) but not only because I’m not Japanese.


I wanted to ask you why is necessary watching live match, is it possible to interact in Japan? Once I set up the formation I can also see it as accomplished in replay.

I also have some questions for YC:
a) what do you thin you can give to the team? Why should they vote for you?
b) if they told me that Japanese people can’t help me because they don’t have time, you, being in the Japanese league how can you manage it?
c) my project can put me in the position to give more time for the U21 National team. What about you? Could you put in first place the National team instead of your personal team?
d) how can you manage it? Do you think your gonna create an équipe of users and helpers or can you do it all by yourself?
e) How many U21 players did you trained (Not Japanese players)?
f) You told you were U21 manager for about 4 seasons. Which were your results, and why at the time you didn’t continue?


And then I wanted to ask all:
a)You told me there was already a foreign manager, but he was training the U21 team or the major one?
