One of the teams in my league is in the process of building 10,000 bleachers, but already has 14,100.
As of 8/4... the expansion completion approximate was 30 days, but I think I even saw it at 60 days at an earlier point in time.

I don't think he meant to type in 1,000 bleachers instead of 10,000 because of all the money he had saved up, but if it was a typo, that's a $1,800,000 typo!!!

It's a real shame since that team could definitely use courtside and luxury boxes instead of any more bleachers at all, let alone 10k.At least they're getting 1100 lower tier out of it so it's not a total disaster.

Definitely a typo, a very expensive type indeed.

But the problem is you have to charge much less money for lower tiers in order to sold them out most games. WattnDidde for example has the price of $30 for a lower tier seat. Since a lower tier costs $700 to build, you'll need 31 home games to get them back and start to make profit. Since you have 11 home games/season, that's almost 3 seasons.

7.000 seats x 30$ or 5.000 seats x 40$ is 210k VS 200k, so not much difference, and you get to keep 1.4M you don't have to spend if you went with 5k seats.

$700 divided by $30 is more like 23.33, not 31, which ends up being more like two seasons plus two home playoff/relegation games. And from that moment on it's always profit when the seat sells.

Hm, my calculator must have been frozen at time or something. I don't know where I'd get that number...thanks for the correction.
